Given the rapid expansion of mobile technology and functionality, UNESCO has developed working papers to make all members of the UN to the use of mobile technologies as effective tools for training. Their purpose is to supplement and enrich the primary education, making learning more accessible, equitable and customize a study to be more flexible for students from around the world. The papers are divided into three modules: the first shows the directives to activate the Mobile Lerning in different countries of the world and the second focuses on useful tools for teachers to improve their teaching system, and the last has the guide line for a proper use of Mobile and the areas of intervention.

Data la rapida espansione e funzionalità della tecnologia mobile, l’UNESCO ha realizzato dei Working Paper per sensibilizzare tutti i membri delle Nazioni Unite all’utilizzo delle tecnologie mobile come strumenti efficaci per la formazione. Il loro scopo è quello di integrare e arricchire l’istruzione primaria, rendere l’apprendimento più accessibile, equo e personalizzare uno studio sempre più flessibile per gli studenti di tutto il mondo. I papers si dividono in tre moduli: il primo illustra le direttive per attivare il Mobile Lerning nei diversi paesi del mondo; il secondo si focalizza sugli strumenti utili agli insegnanti per migliorare il loro sistema di insegnamento; l’ultimo presenta le guide linea per un corretto uso del Mobile e per gli ambiti di intervento.
